Hi, I'm Bill Hulse, for those of you who don't know me I've been in the construction/inspection industry for over 40 years. I started my career as a carpenter/general contractor in several states. While working in Grand county Utah I was offered a position as a building inspector for the county and surrounding areas which I have enjoyed doing for the past 20 years.I am licensed in Utah as a combination inspector and maintain 21 certifications through ICC (International Code Council). I recently joined the ranks of CPI (Certified Professional Inspector) through interNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and formed B.I. Bills Inspection Services LLC I look forward to continuing to provide quality, reliable inspections for Grand County and the surrounding areas.
